The Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) is a premier networking community for IT professionals worldwide; connecting students with IT professionals, businesses, & other IT-interested students. Chapter activities include: speaker events, networking luncheons, field trips, leadership & educational opportunities, conferences, & much more!


Two Meetings Per Month -- 2nd & 4th Tuesdays -- 7pm to 9pm in EDCT 616

Spring 2016 Meeting Dates

This semester we will only meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month (3 times in March). This change will eliminate a conflict with Silver Taps, and also give our AITP officers more time to organize content, plan workshops, and work on scheduling special guests for our meetings. Meetings will be from 7pm to 9pm this year, and will be held in EDCT 616 again.

DRESS CODE: Casual (If we have a guest speaker, business casual is expected)

MEETING FORMAT: This semester we will have a blended format with a mixture of workshop activities, discussion, presentation, and hands-on practice in each meeting. Topics will vary throughout the semester. Email topic suggestions to: tamu.aitp@gmail.com
